Hi! I'm Lisa.

I still remember the weekend when my dad pulled out all our family photographs to arrange carefully into albums. We poured over the memories of each photo, laughing, crying or laughing till we cried. I loved photography from that moment.

By now I've photographed more weddings, love stories and loving families than I can recall. But show me a photo from any of those sessions and it'll take me right back. That's the magic of photography. It's the gift you save for your future self. A time capsule of your favourite stories, memories, people and love.

FAQ

What is considered a micro wedding?

It's an intimate wedding that's under 4 hours and has fewer than 50 of your favourite besties and family.

Do you travel outside of Sydney for shoots?

I absolutely do! There are just some additional transport costs if it's outside of the distance covered in the package.

How long does it take to receive the photos and how will those be delivered?

You'll receive your carefully edited gallery of photos via an email link within 4 weeks of the photoshoot. From there you can select which digital and/or print package you would like.

Do you provide RAW files?

Only fully edited images will be provided as a large part of the look and feel of the images are created in post production.

What happens if it's raining?

For weddings, I typically suggest ensuring some wet weather options in your planning. If it's an elopement or a couples session we can start off indoors then dial up the romance with some rain shots at the end.

For family sessions, some of my absolute favourite images are captured during a bit of light rain or when there are some moody clouds around. So if it's lightly drizzling I'm happy to go ahead with an outdoors location shoot. However if there is lightning or heavy rain we will reschedule. Alternatively you can opt to have the shoot inside your home but we will make the call on the day unless it's a sunrise shoot then we will decide the evening prior.

What happens if someone is sick?

If I'm extremely sick on your wedding day, which so far (touch wood) has never happened. I have a list of photographers of equal skill and experience level to me whom I trust immensely and will be able to be there in my place.

If it's a family session and anyone is unwell we can reschedule. It's more fun if everyone is feeling 100% for the shoot. If I am sick, I will also reschedule.

What is the best time in the day for a session?

For outdoor sessions sunrise or sunsets are best. For at home sessions mid morning is perfect.

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely! If you would prefer to pay for your package over several instalments just let me know and I'll set it up for you.

Can we include extended family members?

Yes, I can do an extended family shoot. There is just an additional surcharge per member. The session will also be a bit longer in length. If the group is quite large (more than two family groups) I would recommend splitting the shoot across two sessions to make sure there is enough time with each family group.
